Thai Chili Jam's sauce is made from her mom's original recipe, with only the freshest ingredients. Jam prepares the original sauce the old fashioned way to ensure the characteristic taste and maintain the high quality. The taste of each dish is of the utmost importance to her. The secret is in the ingredients. Thai dishes must combine spicy, salty, sour and sometimes bitter flavors to create a uniquely harmonious taste. Jam Growing up in Thailand, Jam shared a love of food with her family who owned a restaurant. She has fond memories of cooking with her mom who passed down traditional family recipes and shared wisdom for the way healthy dishes are prepared. As a young adult. After a career in Computer Technology, Jam was pulled back to her love of traditional Thai cuisine and the people who enjoy eating it. She worked in several Thai restaurants throughout the Portland area and is now proudly pursuing her dream and family legacy by opening Thai Chili Jam
